  • While having your own camera and gear is highly recommended, we understand that some participants may not have access to professional equipment. If needed, we can advise on affordable options or discuss rental possibilities for the duration of the masterclass.

  • We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. If you miss a game, we will do our best to offer an alternative match or provide extra support through online sessions and additional learning materials.

  • Absolutely! One of the main goals of this masterclass is to help you build a strong portfolio. You’ll have full rights to use the photos and videos you capture for your portfolio, social media, and job applications.

  • We will cover industry-standard software, including:

T&C’s

    1. Eligibility & Participation

      • This masterclass is open to individuals interested in sports photography and videography, particularly within the National Premier Leagues (NPL) Queensland.

      • Participants must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

    2. Location & Coverage

      • This masterclass is strictly limited to Queensland NPL clubs.

      • Games attended as part of the masterclass will be within Queensland only. No interstate matches or events are included in this program.

    3. Equipment & Software

      • Participants are encouraged to use their own camera equipment and editing software.

      • Guidance on affordable gear options and rental possibilities will be provided if necessary.

    4. Attendance & Game Schedule

      • Participants must attend the agreed number of matches (5 or 10 games) as per their selected tier.

      • If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled match, an alternative game may be arranged, subject to availability.

    5. Content Rights & Usage

      • All photos and videos captured during the masterclass can be used by participants for their personal portfolio and promotional purposes.

      • VETO DIGITAL retains the right to feature participant content for marketing, educational, and promotional materials.

    6. Refunds & Cancellations

      • Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of VETO DIGITAL.

      • Cancellations made within 7 days of the masterclass start date are non-refundable.

    7. Code of Conduct

      • Participants must act professionally and respectfully while covering matches.

      • Any misconduct, including violating club policies or disrupting events, may result in removal from the masterclass without a refund.

    8. Liability & Insurance

      • VETO DIGITAL is not responsible for any injuries, equipment damage, or lost property during the masterclass.

      • Participants are advised to have personal insurance for their gear and activities.
